Our Story
Tito's first opened on Koh Phangan in 2019 with a desire to serve quality Mexican and Cal-Mex inspired food.
Using our Pizza Luna sourdough starter, we developed our handmade sourdough tortillas and created our signature vegan black beans slow-cooked with a blend of 10 spices, including authentic Mexican herbs and chiles.
Inspired by the flavors of California and Mexico, we continue to serve the food we love to eat ourselves.
